About the Role
Quality Analytical Services
Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
Major accountabilities:
- Proofread creatively and digitally developed products to verify their authenticity with respect to the guidelines.
- Identify defects and log them using a defect form.
- Liaise with different stakeholders in case of defect rejection.
- Proficient in various tactics such as RTEs, banners, websites, CAT tools, etc.
- Hands-on experience with quality checks for complex projects or functional testing as per the project requirements/capacity constraints.
- Responsible for the quality of the multichannel digital content delivered to customers.
- Partner with all teams to understand and implement systemic controls wherever possible, across the software supply chain, from design till release. Explore and adopt quality improvement tools or methodologies.
- Write, control, and manage process documentation.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in proof reading and functional testing with a graduate / post graduate degree
- Expert in proof reading and intermediate in testing proficiency
- Experience in the creative digital field is desired.
- Experience in data management and metrics reporting will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of healthcare, pharma will be an added advantage.
